Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Forja (forjabots.com, app.forjabots.com, the CLI, the templates, and the dashboard), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Forja is

Forja is a Horizontes IA platform to install and run AI chatbots on your own infrastructure. We give you the pieces (software, templates, dashboard, and documentation); you deploy and run them on your own accounts (Cloudflare, WhatsApp, etc.). Forja+ is our paid membership with additional features.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your credentials, tokens, and keys secure. Let us know immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

4. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Forja according to your plan. Your license (HZN) is personal. You may not resell it or redistribute the software as your own, except under "Agency Mode" when available and subject to its rules.

5. Payments, subscription, and refunds

Forja+ is charged through Stripe, at the price and cycle shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel; you may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments made are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forja to: send spam or unsolicited messages, for illegal purposes, to violate third-party rights, to distribute malware, or in any way that breaches the policies of the platforms you connect (WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram, etc.). You must not abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the service.

7. Your bot and your customers

You are solely responsible for your bot: its configuration, what it replies, complying with the policies of the platforms you use, obtaining your customers’ consent, and handling their data in accordance with the law. Bots use AI models and may generate inaccurate or inappropriate replies; you must supervise them. Horizontes IA is not responsible for your bot’s replies or for your relationship with your end customers.

8. Third-party services

Forja relies on third-party services (Cloudflare, Stripe, Meta, among others) that have their own terms. We do not control or answer for their availability, changes, or interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

The Forja software, the "Forja" and "Horizontes IA" brands, the site, and the community content are owned by us or our licensors. Content you create or configure is yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service.

10. Service “as is”

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Horizontes IA will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages or loss of revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Forja+ during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using Forja at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or the law. Upon termination, the granted licenses cease.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; we will post the current version on this page with its date. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts under that legislation, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
