Forja, in a nutshell

Forja puts professional-grade AI chatbots within a single command. Your agent —Claude Code or Codex— does the technical work; you answer business questions and approve. It runs on your own cloud, with your own keys, and the bot is yours to use or resell.

What Forja Is

Forja is a chatbot platform organized by business type. Instead of coding a bot from scratch, you pick a template —restaurant, barbershop, real estate, clinic…— and in minutes you have an assistant handling WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram, with its admin panel included.

Each bot lives in your own Cloudflare account and uses your own AI key. We don't host your bot or store your customers' data: we give you the code, the tools, and the updates. It's truly yours — that's why you can charge for it. A single $2,000–3,000 client pays for your whole year.

The Two Pieces

Everything in Forja is run from your terminal, and there are exactly two things to learn:

The difference matters: forjabot is a program that you (or your agent) run in the terminal — it installs and updates. The agent commands are instructions your agent carries out for you on the bot that's already installed — reports, improvements, campaigns. You don't have to memorize them: you talk to it normally and it knows which one to use.

The Flow, Start to Finish

1. Install and create your bot

   forjabot init asks you for the language, validates your license (or gives you a free one), pulls the template for the business type you pick, and asks a few questions about your business. When it's done, your bot already knows what you do.

2. Publish it and connect your channels

   Your agent deploys the bot to Cloudflare and connects WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or Telegram one by one. You open your panel at /admin and each channel turns green.

3. Run it and get paid

   You ask your agent for the month's reporte, fine-tune it with mantenimiento, win back clients with campaña, and if you're reselling, use Agency Mode to quote, propose, and invoice.

Who It's For

If you have a business, you set up your bot. If you want income, you set up bots for others: you install them under your brand and charge for it. The same product works for both.
