Video TutorialsConnect WhatsApp with Twilio
The video walks you through the Twilio part: creating your account and activating your number as a WhatsApp sender. Everything else —credentials, webhook, and testing— you don't do: you give your access to your agent and Forja configures the rest.
The video covers the ONLY manual part, because it comes from your own accounts. When you're done, tell your agent (Claude Code or Codex) "connect WhatsApp with Twilio" — and Forja handles the rest.
What You'll See in the Video
| Step | What Happens |
|---|---|
| 1 · Twilio account | You create your account (Twilio's costs are yours, no Forja commission). |
| 2 · WhatsApp sender | You activate your number as a WhatsApp sender. |
When You're Done: Give Your Agent Access
With Twilio ready, open your AI agent (Claude Code or Codex) in your bot's folder and tell it: "connect WhatsApp with Twilio." It'll ask you for each piece of info (you copy the Account SID and the Auth Token from the Twilio dashboard) and configures everything technical for you:
| Forja Does This | How |
|---|---|
| Secure credentials | Your Twilio keys are saved as Cloudflare secrets — they never end up in the chat or in files. |
| Webhook | Points Twilio at your bot (/webhooks/twilio): every message arrives straight to your Worker. |
| Real test | You send a test WhatsApp message and the channel turns GREEN in your panel. |
